Returns Policy
At Living Textiles Baby, we take great pride in the premium quality and safety of our products. We do understand there may be some instances in which you may want to or need to return goods, for which we are happy to oblige under some reasonable circumstances.

Prior to shipment and delivery we carefully inspect your order to ensure there is no damage to the goods. However, if upon delivery you notice any damage to your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can organise the prompt replacement of your goods.
If you are dissatisfied for any reason (including if you change your mind), you may return the product unused and in its original, undamaged packaging within 14 days of purchase, for a refund of the merchandise value. Please note that if we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to decline a refund on the item or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. Living Textiles Co. is unable to accept returns on discounted or sale items, and on items damaged through normal wear and tear. We are unable to resend a product or offer a refund if the original product has been disposed of or the problem fixed, thereby making it impossible for our technicians to assess the cause of the problem.

Living Textiles Baby cannot replace, or refund items purchased directly from any retail stores or other websites . Please contact the store/webstire you purchased the product from directly and find out about their return policy.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cancellations or modification for orders that have already been shipped been shipped.
