Return Policy

At Living Textiles Baby & Kids, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We pay great attention to the finest detail on design, materials, safety and construction so that you and your baby will enjoy the superb quality of our products.

Prior to shipment and delivery we carefully inspect your order to ensure there is no damage to the goods. However, if upon delivery you notice any damage to your purchase please notify us as soon as possible so we can organise the prompt replacement of your goods.

If you are dissatisfied for any reason (including change of your mind), you may return (within 14 days from the purchase date) the product only if it has been unused and in its original, undamaged packaging* for a refund of the merchandise value. We cannot accept returns on discount-sale items, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear.

*If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

Please note that we cannot arrange to resend a product or offer a refund if the original product has been disposed of or the problem fixed, thereby making it impossible for our technicians to assess the cause of the problem.

Returns are easy. You can return the merchandise through the mail for a refund or replacement. To make a return by mail, just complete the Return Form attached to the invoice that you received with your merchandise. Simply indicate the reason for return and the action to be taken, such as replacement or refund. Place the Return Form in the box with your merchandise. If you do not have your original invoice, please contact our Customer Service: +61 2 9743 4892 Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (EST or UTC/GMT +11 hours, office is closed all Australian public holidays) or email to info@livingtextiles.com.au. Once we have received the return product, a refund will be arranged, but please note that postage will not be refunded for a change of mind and the return postage should be covered at your own cost.


Return of goods purchased from retail stores

All return must be made back to the retail store that you purchased from. Living Textiles Baby & Kids cannot replace or refund directly for products purchased from any retail stores.  Please contact the store you purchased the product from and find out their return policy.
