How to Order
Buying through the Living Textiles Baby website is so easy and convenient – you may even let your baby do it for itself! Quite simply, when you see a product you would like to purchase just click on the blue ‘Add to Cart’ button, located underneath the description of the product. This will then add the item to your shopping cart. Afterwards, you may then choose to either “continue shopping”, or “proceed to checkout” if you have finished selecting all the items you wish to purchase.

At Living Textiles Baby, we take great pride in the premium quality and safety of our products. We do understand there may be some instances in which you may want to or need to return goods, for which we are happy to oblige under some reasonable circumstances.

If you are dissatisfied for any reason (including if you change your mind), you may return the product unused and in its original, undamaged packaging within 14 days of purchase, for a refund of the merchandise value. Please note that if we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to decline a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. Living Textiles Baby is unable to accept returns on discount or sale items, and on items damaged through normal wear and tear. We are unable to resend a product or offer a refund if the original product has been disposed of or the problem fixed, thereby making it impossible for our technicians to assess the cause of the problem.
